저층 집합주거의 건축 요소에 의한 색채 적용 사례에 관한 연구

<초록>
This study will be used as a basic data for the derivation of the type of advanced low – collective housing together with the viewpoint of conversion of the color usage style of low – collective housing in Korea. It is related to the residence of Korea focusing on the morphological partitioning by extracting the features of the color of the advanced collective housing centered on the architectural elements. The architectural elements that make up the collective housing consist of doors, windows, balconies, roofs, utilities, in addition to the walls, It was analyzed the use of color in the advanced collective housing with a viewpoint connected with each element. As a result, the color usage feature used a single color to integrate the shape as 'simple color' or 'simple material' in order to maintain the basic wall. It was also observed that the emphasis color was applied to 'windows, doors, balconies' and the architectural elements caused a direct contrast phenomenon. Therefore, 'separation of color by architectural element' and 'introduction of emphasis color which is closely connected with architectural element' were clearly revealed. In addition, the number of 'limited use of color' was maintained, and 'pursuit of natural change of color change by user' was analyzed. This is an entirely different view from the method of using the collective housing color in Korea, and it is a color usage method which is completely distinguished from our collective housing which induces color separation by detail, decoration. In addition, the characteristics of the collective housing were clearly revealed by the architectural elements introduced into the emphasis color because the names, characters and decorative patterns of the collective housing were hardly shown.
